ISR mod pros/con

Friggin autocorrect. Mods mind fixin my thread title?
I did an ISR mod on my '89 a few days ago and I'm already noticing an improvement.

Pros so far.
Improved torque at lower RPMS. (Less skinny pedal to get moving)
Wider powerband
Gas miliage (less skinny pedal=better mileage. Airflow improvements help too)
Less engine wear. (once again, less skinny pedal)
Ease of installation (Its just a straightish piece of pipe in place of a contortionist tube.)
Cheap. (Free for scrap pipe laying around, to 50-65 for a more...visually appealing build)
Slightly improved HP. (I'm guessing 3, maybe 5)

Cons.
Noise( This kinda straddles the line of pro/con. In my case I think it makes my engine sound a little "beefier")
Possible legal issues. (Some states/locals may ban intake modifications.)
Potential insurance issues. (Some companies frown on DIY mods)

If anybodys got any more, post em and Ill add em to the OP.
