yes, i know how to make the circuit. no, because i need another switch, unless i want it to only be auto up-down*
*useless info for the day: if you look at "up" the abbreviation of "down" upside-down, it's the exact same thing: up-dn. mind: blown

if you stumble across a pair, sure. but i'm fine with the rear window switch.
which, by the way, works awesome!

Does the little light in it work? The rear window switch is different then the door window switch. Iirc the back window is a dt and the door switches switch polarity.

ebay, ~$120 for the pair, search toyota 4runner window regulator
junkyard, maybe half that for the pair? dunno
i don't know if the 84-89 era had the power window option, so i don't know if it's bolt-on for those years. this mod i'm doing is all bolt-on except for the locks, which are almost bolt-on.
as for time to complete the window regulator swap:
•both wiring harnesses: 1hr
•remove both door panels and remove/replace regulators: 30mins
•route wiring through cab: 1hr
i got the driver's side done today. it was extremely easy since i had everything ready to bolt in. it took me an hour to remove the door panel, remove the old regulator, install the new one, connect the wiring harness, route the wiring, and clean up. you have no idea how awesome it is to be able to open both windows with minimal effort (unless you have power windows already, that is)
pics to follow later.

If I'm not mistaken, some of the sr5 4runners had power windows etc, and even if it isn't "bolt in", I don't really mind... Customization is rarely bolt on lol
Poor ol yeehaw's been beat on quite a bit by now, and I have a few extra doors lying around that I can experiment with...
