Intermittent no start

Intermittent no start
Starter motor works great. Cranks the motor, but the motor doesn't "turn over" for about 5 seconds. Whats starting to go now?
Wires, plugs, cap, rotor are all new Toyota. Distributor "looks" good and air gap is good. All FSM procedures in checking the ignition system check out. What else could it be?
