check engine light flashing when driving NO CODES!!
ok i have a 1987 runner with the 22re sat for 4 years or so.....
did the head gasket on it and she started right up nice and smooth then the engine light starts flashing when im driving and it runs like poo! i tried jumping the e and t1 turned the key to on/run and the check engine light dont blink!!!
so far ive counted flashing lights of 1,2,3,4,7 and 11 when driving this how it does them
*= flash
say code 3
*** about a 10 sec pause then it will flash again a differnt number ****
i dont get this the air fuel cage at idle is way into the lean and dont move open the skinny and it goes to rich but wont move back and forth like it should
im thinking tps and or o2 sender any help would be sweet!!!!

It almost sounds like a connector is loose, and when it doesn't make its connection, the truck ECU will put the CEL on. I'd go through and make sure the O2, TPS, AFM, etc connections are all put on there nice and tight!
Truck is running crappy? Was it running crappy before head gasket replacement? Have you done compression test? Made sure you don't have vacuum leaks? How old is the O2 sensor? Test your TPS too!

truck sat for almost 4 years or 3 years something like that, truck was a power monster high lift cam crank rods stuff like that inside it drove fine even with the blown hg. then i fixed it and started it drove for a lil wile and put 10 gals of 93 oct. into the tank still no change
i have two trucks so parts i can change out no problems and the other truck drive just fine no engine light nothing so im just trying to figure this one out here shes my baby!
and now on the way home its blinks them one after another over and over now like the t and e1 or jumped and the engine is off but it has a idle of 750 to 800 rpms kinda ruff and still leaner then freaking lean!!

well i swaped out the ecu, and the tps still running a little lean and i just gotta wait a few miles till the light starts flashing what is causing this???
my next step is swaping out the fuel rail and all injectors with the main engine harness any ideas this is getting expensive

After talking to a "master" Toyota mechanic a few weeks ago, he said in 25 years of working with 22R-E's he's only seen 5 injectors that needed replacement. Who knows, that's 1 mans opinion.
The light flashes, and you don't have TE and E1 jumpered, right? It wouldn't give you codes unless those are jumped, otherwise its just a random flashing because something is not connected securely or the sensor is freaking out.
So you can't pull any codes though with the jumpered connection?
To do the head gasket, I had to pull off all my wiring harnesses that ran towards the transmission. I'd double check all those connections are good. I think there's 5, and thats not including the the ones actually on the engine.
Have you double checked your grounds?

grounds look good all i did was lift the head up and over a lil bit just enough to get in there and clean up the block and head and slid in the new gasket and dropped the head down ill go through every plug though
and t1 e are not jumped and yes driving the light flashes codes 1.2.3.4.7and 11 still runs lean and ruff and when i jump them theres no change what so ever and with the key on (engine not running) the light does not flash. this is why im stumped

So you jump TE1 and E1 and you get no flashing light? It should just blink. If there are stored codes, it would blink in the manner it would if it had a code.
Make sure the coil and mounting feet are securely bolted down, they are the ground.
