Just 1. Then the rug, and or a heavy rubber floor mat. My passenger side is open for my dog. So more mats and a dog bed, its quiet.

looks kinda cool with the passenger seat out... with the mat, in there looks like you got enough room to get some shut eye.. during long trips ...

I hope my long trip days are over, I'll use the wifes Honda. I have driven this past year, 2341 miles, 6.424 miles a day. In my truck anyway
