Inside door handle Plate

I have a 1991 Toyota Pickup, 2 wheel drive with manual windows. Behind the window crank is a little round plastic plate that keeps the crank from rubbing on the vinyl door panel. Mine deteriorated. Anyone know where to get them or has anyone come up with a homemade alternative. Thanks

Not the dairy product I'd have used but still a good idea.

How about the cap from a gallon of milk? My store has white caps on the 1% I think. Or just a blue one from a water gallon jug. Might even find a clear one.

Cut an x in the middle then form it to a nice square, if you dont want to bother drilling a perfect round hole.

MacGyver that thing up!

walk into a csk (orileys) or carquest, basically anywhere that has a "help" section and you should find it. it is pretty universal. i've seen so many non-cloth cranks that do just fine for years without that wear disc.

Update

OK, because of excellent feedback from one of the Members on this site, I am now in possession of two of these parts, OEM, for a grand total of $2.77 from Delray Toyota. Sweet!

http://www.delraytoyota.com/ altydog is in Palm Beach, a few miles from Del Ray Beach, so I suspect he (gasp!) just walked in the front door.

But for those of us chained to the interwebs, and thanks to slacker providing the part number you could try http://www.toyotapartsoverstock.com/...69266-22010-08
