igniter problem 1990 yota

ok I have been having a spark issue and ive can get it figured out its the last thing I have to do on the build and its got me stumped. I had a few parts laying around so I replaced the distrib coil and ecu and still have nothing also new wires plugs and things of that nature. I have double checked all grounds and they are also good it was cranking every now and then and it steadily got worse leading to no spark at all im thinking the igniter but would like more opinions before spending the money if someone could help thanks in advance.

You should start at the igniter. No spark there, that is the issue. Move down the line from there. Igniter, coil wire, distributor, pickup coil.

I'm showing. 01 ohms from the positive and neg side of the coil and everthing from coil forward is brand new is the igniter a common problem what causes it to go bad?

The coil needs to be checked warm and cold. Is there spark coming from the coil wire to ground when connected to the coil and the engine turned over? If not it is the coil and or the pack. Replace as one unit IMO. They are not routinely the problem.
