No its my original 7.5 diff with the driver side "long tube" unbolted and a second stub axle plugged in. You have to use a 7.5 diff that uses hubs as the ADD style wont work. Grind off about 1/4" of material from the housing so the stub axle clears. Also install a new seal with the right size diameters. Plug and play!

For the CV axles, I cut a standard 4x4 CV axle "center bar" in the middle and sleeved it with some 1-1/2" DOM with 1/4" wall to extend the length. For the sleeves I matched the I.D. on the lathe and press fit the O.D of the cut center bar. I drilled some holes and plug welded as well as a perimeter weld.

I did build a Supra8 hanger bracket (check out the website) but didn't get to installing the 5.29 gears yet. I just ran out of steam and funds for the re-gear and ARB. My Supra8 is an LSD so I may not do the ARB, just the re-gear.

And oh yea, I have to break the 7.5" before I deem it not worthy!

Contact me off line for more info or if you want me to build you an axle sleeve kit or send out to have a custom center bar machined. I have build blueprints at the machine shop.

Yeah Tim said the 7.5 has worked well for him locked on 35" tires.

I realized I don't have any good off-road photos of my truck. I need a friend with a good camera!
I'm cycling 15" of wheel travel in the front w/ IFS.
I'll make it a point to get some flex pics next time I'm out.

Im still waiting for RCV to get the '86-'94 CV shafts on the market. I talked to them today, they are still having testing issues. They said another year maybe. bummer. I snap the stock outer CVs like nothing.

I'd be surprised if RCV can ever get T-100 length CVs to work with anything more than 13" of travel. This is why some of us have migrated to Center Mounting the Diff and running even longer CVs.

I'm getting 15" with the 930 inner CVs, I just keep snapping the end of the stock outer off right at the snap ring groove. I've looked into the center mounted dif. I would have to re-engineer the front end to clear the 3.4 V6 oil pan. I just need to learn to keep my foot out of the throttle when I'm in 4 wheel drive until RCV comes through with the 4340 shafts.

I know somewhere earlier in this thread someone said no "flat ground pics" but here's a flat ground flex pic without using ramps

Sweet! The video background I have in my mind is helping to make that picture even more badass! You were having fun man!

Haha, that was after the half wheelie Mark, just pulling back up to my passenger/videographer. I did pull a still of the wheel off the ground from that video, but that's showing lack of ifs flex more than ability to flex, so I figured this one is more appropriate. And my first contribution to this thread.
