Identify this hose

Can anyone tell me what this coolant hose is and where I can get another one?

It runs from thermostat housing to the front of intake. I have a piece of fuel injection hose in its place right now. Will that work or do I need to have real coolant hose?

On some models of the 3VZE, there is a "water bypass hose" from the "water outlet" (not the thermostat housing) to the intake manifold. http://www.toyotapartsoverstock.com/...rimLevel=18292 About $20.

But you haven't told us anything about your vehicle (other than year), so I'm guessing.

That sure looks like the water bybass hose from the engine near the thermostat to the throttle body. I am looking for the part number, and if I find it I will let ya know. I don't think a piece of vacuum hose will do the job, but I bet you could get away with a chunk of waterline - I have done that in the past.

Is it 16264-35030 ? http://www.toyotapartsoverstock.com/...626435030.html

I don't know much about the 22re, but this hose goes to the Aux Air Valve assembly. A photo of the installed location might have helped someone who DOES know the 22re to figure it out.

Yeah a couple of other forums said that the fuel injection hose would be just fine so I'll just run it. I am lucky I blew the hose on the street rather than on a trail. I'll be adding various hoses to my trail kit.
