In the desktop version, you can disable this feature.

1. Go to User Control Panel
2. Look for the Settings & Options category on the left side
3. Click on Edit Options
4. Look for the Thread Display section
5. Under "Related Threads", click on "Disable Related Threads"

I have also disabled Infinite Scroll too.




I do not think you can disable these features on the mobile version.
