I will finally own a 2nd Gen 4Runner
and a 2 door 1990 4Runner at that:
With a blown engine (3.0) and a 3.4 drivetrain sitting on the floor of my shop, this sucker is a prime candidate for the 3.4 swap.
Going to pick it up Sunday from user "wii-tarded" here on YT.
Nice talking to you Rich! Looking forward to talking Toyotas Sunday.

It's a really clean looking ride; I'd probably try to spice it up and make it really nice, get the 3.4 swap done right and make it reliable, put yourself a big 'ol WabFab stick on the back window, and use it as a "go to work" vehicle
and maye some 33" AT's after a few inches skywards...
but that's it
oh and by the way, I would just like to add that I feel special now that I have "contributing member" under my name Yay for me! lol

Man, you better take care of that glass. Not too many junkyards with them I bet...
My rear quarter panel window was going to be $450 from the dealer before I got it for $50 from a junkyard.

Yeah man those things are rare.. Thats prob why it looks weird to some people. Keep it mild for a lil while just to accumilate a couple pics of it so you can look back to what it looked like before you tore into it..lol

I would like to add that I was the first one to find the gem, just not able to polish it the right way. Happy to see it go to a fellow YT, and I want a lot of pics of the build...NO it's rare....
