Cool i.a.t sensor location or wire color

i have a 88 toyota pickup 4x4 and want to knw where is the I.A.T sensor wire and color ...thanks guys help me out plz

Whoops, misunderstood the question.

This might help narrow it down though. I found it in the FSM and there's two connectors used that are measured based on temperature. My bet is those are the ones you'll want to try and follow.

The two wire connections are E2 and THA. I'm almost positive E2 is a diagnostic wire used for test mode... so the THA wire is the one to look at. It's located on the far right of the connector.

Your IAT is located inside of the Air Flow Meter.

P.S. I'm assuming you have a 22RE or 3VZ-E engine.

E2 is the sensor ground(common ground used by many sensor circuits).

THA is the Intake Air Temperature Sensor signal.

THA = THermistor(Temperature Sensor) Air(Intake Air).

It's the number 7 pin on the VAFM(either engine). The wire color is blue for 3VZ-E, yellow for 22R-E.
