hood compatibilty?

I was wondering which hoods are compatible with my truck. I can see from the forum that an 89-95 pickup hood should fit. But it seems the 4runner generations are different or something.

89 toyota pickup
ext cab
4x4
v6

I think that is all the relevant info.

As you can see, i need one bad.

I don't have one, but I was looking at hoods on eBay the other day. The paint on mine is flaking in several places. I was wondering if replacing over painting would be easier down the road.

This place has one for $68.00 unpainted. $115.00 shipping though. Coincidentally, it is where I live. It may give you a good idea what they are going for. I am sure they make some money on shipping.

I not sure if I would replace for just paint flaking, but if you see rust bubbling under the paint, replace may be a better route.

at 68 bucks I would jump on it.

Contact and see if they have a pick up price. Can't hurt. If they offer a deal on 2 I would take it if you wouldn't mind shipping it...

I'm not replacing it anytime soon, or probably ever. I'll probably have the rest of the truck beat up by the time the paint becomes too bad. I was mostly curious as to what one would cost.

I may contact them though. I am curious to see if their store prices are the same as their eBay prices.
