Can't see your pics, but anyway just wanted to tell you that with the Fp and B+ jumped together in the diag connector, the fuel pump should run with IGN on. If it does not, I would suspect either the EFI fuse or the main relay, both of which are in the kick panel fuse block by the driver's leg. If both of those are OK, then you can pull the fuel pump connector between the frame and the gas tank and measure the voltage going to the fuel pump, if that reads OK, then I would suspect that your pump itself might be bad. The COR relay is bypassed when you jump Fp to B+, so that is clearly not your problem.

CoryC in the place to be! Lol. .. So dawg?

Like Cory said, gotta Check the EFI 15A fuse first thing. That will stop the party right there. .. As I was saying, I posted a bunch of variables, but I can't be sure what u have tried/ruled out, etc.... Can u start with CoryC's points, just mentioned, letting us know what u find as we go?

I know you tried jumping Fp to B+ and it didn't do anything, that's why I'm saying that if you did that and turned the key and did NOT hear the fuel pump, then your problem is NOT the COR (circuit opening relay). I would now pull your EFI fuse and see if it is blown, if it is good, then I would make sure your main relay is good, without those 2 things, no power will get to your fuel pump. If those 2 items are good, move to the back of the truck and check if power is getting to the fuel pump connector. If it is, then I'd suspect your pump.

I have no idea what that mystery wire is, hopefully someone will recognize it and chime in.

How's it going Chef! I always browse these "truck won't start" threads for some reason.

The blue wire should be your temp gauge sensor and almost positive the broken green wire goes to your Cold Start injector. The temp sensor is between #2 and #3 injectors.

Here are some steps I went thru. I dont think it is your harness but have other troubleshooting tips that I went thru.

Looks like the wires to the injector are intact.

Got a question about the photos.. In the second picture, follow the upper side of the clear line(not rated for engine bay use btw) is that a plug or a clamp sticking out. N/M spotted it in the next picture it's the clamp

That whole next picture makes me nervous. Put those plug cords up on the valve cover. The wire near the distributor, un wrap that from the cords and route it forward of the power steering. The (afm?) wires just dangling willy-nilly across over the exhaust lives somewhere aft of the res'. And whats with the addon wires not hooked to nothing in the lower right

I might need a refresher at where you are at in your trouble shooting. I went thru your thread again and you said you werent getting any fire and I see you are jumping the fp and b which if I recall right is checking the fuel side.

If you spray some starting fluid into the plenum and then reinstall your air tube does it try and start at all? I am just trying to see if you are having a fuel or spark issue.

I know there are several other checks that you can do but this works quickest for me. If it starts for a second or so then I know I have a fuel problem, if it doesnt do anything then I know it is a spark issue if timing is near and all connections are made.

When I didn't have fire I dough l found out it was a broken timing chain.. fixed it now it's not getting any fuel to the fuel rail unless I run a wire straight to the fuel pump from the battery.. then my CSI won't spray.. I'm wondering if I drill a tiny hole in my CSI will it spray...

Do not alter your injector! There are rebuild services available for reasonable rates. There should also be lots of youtube or websites that cover the refurb if you choose that route, do it right.

The fuel pump circuit is pretty simple, look of the wiring diagrams and post any specific questions you have about it.
