Unhappy HELP!!! check engine light and RPM'S drop!!

alright guys this just happened tonight. Driving along when all of a sudden (and this all happened in a matter of 1 sec, maybe less) RPM's drop, Check-Engine light literally BLINKS on then off and RPM's go back to where they were. this happened almost every time i took my foot off the gas and when i shifted ( so yeah again every time i took my foot off the gas). yeah kinda scaring me.... fuel?? i just did the fuel filter a week ago... O2 sensors too...

ANY HELP WOULD BE AMAZING. thank you for reading this. night.

Check the 02 sensor wires and make sure there not touching the exhaust pipe, that could cause the problem your having. If that`s not it try pulling the codes and see what comes up.

ok brother ill check the O2's but... the problem is. when the light comes on it leaves after a second too. so theres no code to read. you know? i'd have to drive with it hooked up to a reader and read it for that split second it comes up.

thank you for your help im checking those O2s now KEEP EM COMING PEOPLE!!! thanks!!!

O2's were a negative no contact at all with the exhaust.

BUMP!

ok more symptoms! alright now when im driving and let my foot off the gas ( and i know i know i probably shouldn't be driving with this BS going on but its my dd and i got work and school) anyways. anytime i let my foot off the gas RPMs drop to 0 and the rig will literally stall. lights come on and everything. ill have to start it back up while im driving.

im not a pro or anything still learning but isn't this SCREAMING fuel?? fuel pump??? i just did my filter so... pump right??

your thoughts are very helpful thank you again Yota brethren.

OK ok . so i gave in and took her to the mechanic dude to get my codes read ( he was only going to charge me $10 to just read and give me the code) well there is no code. at all. SO. the three of these dudes are very convinced that its my ignition cutting out. NOW. this would lead me to believe thats its the distributer or the coil seeing as how they haven't been replaced and i just did my plugs and wires a few months ago. OK. now they told me for $125 they'll find out EXACTLY what it is and then i can replace the part. is this worth it? or can i figure out if its my distributer on my own??

THANKS AGAIN BROTHERS OF THE YOTA CLAN.
