have you tried to repalce the o ring on your idle screw. count how many threads you unthread it and write it down. It probably looks like a square seal but it is not, it is an o ring that is most likely worn and causing an air leak. find a o ring that fits and seals tight before you put the screw back in put a few drops of blue loctite on it. it will seal the air leak and keep it from moving in and out on you. hope this helps Joe
