Question Help!!! 1989 Pickup has trouble on cold starts

My 1989 pickup with the 3.0 V6 has trouble staying alive on cold starts without gas and has a fair amount of gas coming out of the exhaust... after running or rough driving for 15 minutes its fine. I cleaned the throttle body, replaced the spark plugs, cleaned the throttle body and replaced the fuel filter as well as the rotor/cap. Is this an injector issue?

gasoline liquid dripping out of the tailpipe? ouch... as an aside, what is the ambient air temp when you start the truck?

Only around 60 degrees. The fuel coming out the exhaust is a white mist (you can smell gas and see the rainbow sheen)

my wild guess would be that if a cylinder isn't firing, but the injector for that cylinder is squirting gas, it could be passing unburned fuel out the exhaust? if the fuel in the cylinder was too rich but the plug was firing, i'd expect to see black smoke.

sounds like it clears up tho, so how to troubleshoot for it? did any of the old spark plugs look different from the rest?

how about checking to see if it's throwing an error code?
