headliner heat

ok so now that its startin to get hotter i remembered i was supost to do sumthin over summer before it got hot, i wana tear off my headliner and put up some insulator stuff they sell so the hear do bake me alive in my truck anymore, i found some stuff awhile back in summit racing but i cant find the stuff any more. any help or suggestions???

I would assume that you don't want to do anything like the sound dampening stuff, as most of that is covered in aluminum foil like material, and that would pretty much just turn the cab into an oven

best thing I've found to do here in the heat and humidity of good ol Florida, just get yourself some of those window visors, and then just leave your windows cracked open an inch or two. I just run the visors to keep the rain out, cause in Florida the storms can sneak up on ya...
