I'm not home yet, but I did get some pics for everyone. I will upload them later when I get home. So the frame is 100% fine, I am extremely confused as to where they even hit the 4Runner? There is no damage underneath, the cat hangs down the furthest and it isn't damaged at all.
Now the bad news! I took out a plug on the passenger side and it had oil on it!! If I buy this back I am going to drive it straight to my dads shop which is 4 hours away, what do I need to do about the oil in the cylinders before I can start it? Will the oil just burn off or am I screwed? Also the damage to the front door is pretty bad, it was pushed in so far that my dash is moved about 1" to the left. Should I be concerned about damage to the pilar and not being able to get a new windshield in? Other than that it isn't that bad, the body damage gives it some character.
All of the windows are fine except for the passenger side cargo window and the front door is the only one that really needs replaced.

the oil should only be in the cylinders from being rolled over. should've all drained out when it was flipped back over and sat for awhile. other than that, i have no idea.

take the plugs out/coil off, give it a few turns via the starter, put plugs in and go. It will smoke a little for a little while as it burns off. Might wanna get new plugs afterwards though. What's everyone else think?

After the insurance decides what they're gonna do I'll just have to spend a little time in the tow yard getting it ready for the trip and head to my dads on a Saturday morning. it should start right up so I'm not worried since taking the plugs out is all I need to do. I just changed the dang plugs on this thing and pit a high output alt in!!
I'll get the pics up later, I'm at my girls place taking care of her right now as if she can't walk anymore or something!

I like where your head is at! When I get the pics up you'll see that chopping the back off wouldn't be a bad idea and I figure the insurance money should be enough to SAS!!

Agreeing with everyone. We should always try to help people in need especially in a situation like that. Its sad where society is going.
Take off the doors all together and put in tube doors! They look sweet! Plus then no need for AC! XD

I would take the doors off, but I want to be able to drive it over the mt in the winter, that's where my dads shop is. So obviously tube doors are a must for summer but oregon is wet and nasty like 99% of the year so I want this thing to be sealed against the elements when I need it. My dads friend can do upholstry so I can have a canopy top made if I chop the back off, but I need the ability to put doors on. My other car is a RSX so I would really like to be able to drive this if it snows or just for the hell of it.

Here are the pics, I finally got home.
Bumper held up well.
This is where they hit, I don't see any damage.
Here is the only scuff that I found that was new on the lower corner of the rear fender area and a few scuffs on the tire. That is about the worst of the damage on the drivers side.

Pull the plug and coil wire as noted above.Spin the motor to get the excess oil out of the clyinders. Dont worry about the roof pillar. A good body shop can cut it out or pull it.I just did a 97 Grand Cherokee in the shop with almost the same amount of damage.I shopped the local junk yards, and found the same color doors and front fender. The rear quarter was worse than that. The rear hatch would not line up.The quarter can be pulled and filled.I put it on the frame machine and pulled the quarter at the taillight opening. Then got a slide hammer and while it was under pressure and poped the dents out. Some like that I've just used a come along and then worked the dent.

Same thing happened to my 89... as was said, check the oil and coolant levels, top them up, pull wires and plugs and ignition coil wire, crank the engine to clean it out. When it starts up the exhaust will probably smoke before the oil burns out.
I had to get a new door & fender and the a-pillar pulled out, new windshield and the whole side painted... but i have fiberglass fenders so it popped right back out

Maniacelectricmotors.com it was like $120 I think and it's 130amps. It is a rebuilt stock alt. I believe they give you $50 back if you use the prepaid slip to send your old one back. I kept my old one since it was in good shape. I also ran some new 4ga wire to the battery and added an inline fuse to be safe. I was getting ready to do a duel battery set up, glad I waited to drop the cash on that.
