If they really butchered up the wiring, you might want to replace the whole harness. It really isnt that bad of a job. Everything is plug and play.
If you go this route here is the harness you will need. I think an 85 will work. 87 wont, Diag port is located on the passenger fender. 85 and 86 on drivers fender.
I think this is the PN#82131-89830. The "8" isnt showing on the first part.

OR< you could just swap back to 22RE and get the proper ECU... I mean, why does he have an electric fuel pump on a carbed motor, Terry? I though the fuel pumps were on the head? And, if indeed a 22RE has been removed...then that would explain the 22RE wiring stuff's... And why he ADDED in the fuel pump because he already had one but the 22R is mechanical pump and, and, ...oh forget it! lol. jk, but really, wow. BTW, the hood sticker? FORGET IT! That could be a replacement hood, OP... So go by, and only by, THE VIN# Call Toyota and give em your vin#... ask them, "WHAT MOTOR/GEARS/ETC., did this have in it stock?" ... there are threads that explain what certain numbers in the VIN mean... Even down to where they're manufactured/what trans they have(the W56 in my vin says that's my trans,....... IIRC? lol).
If it runs well, meh, why swap back to EFI, I know, I get it... But you can do that or just button up all that existing wiring that you don't need and ignore it, ya know?

Tap Fuel Pump from EFI Circuit.
Re: Fuel Pump:
It belongs with EFI so:
- IF it has its own control circuit, I would tap power from the EFI fuse ("A" in picture).
- IF you want it controlled like the OEM, tap it from output of EFI Relay (B" in picture). Make sure fuse and relay ratings match that of pump.

Okay guys thanks alot. I live in hawaii so i figured "what the hell do i need a defog for??" haha so i did away with that and since it turns on with ignition, ran the proper fuse for the fuel pump (5A) from that wire and used that. Car ran great for me today, with no problems.
As for the motor identification issues, I will give them the vin and try to find out what motor stamps it had, and see if the motor is original (or the block at least) and see exactly what was done to the car.
Thanks alot guys
