are you sure he O-rings where installed properly?

I had that problem with my old runner, pinched the O-ring and it sprayed fuel everywhere

you positive it's the connection at the fuel rail that's leaking and not at the intake manifold?

4 or 6 cyl?

is it leaking from where the injectors attach to the rail? was it leaking before you took them out?

i changed the head gasket after the truck sat for a little over a year. when i got it back together the coolant ports had rusted and i needed to replace the manifold so after nessing around with that for a while i finally got the truck running and this is happening iver taken ihe injecton apart atleast 6 or 7 times now but i have replaced the orings all i can theink is that the fuel rail is warped or something so i got a new fuel rail well see tomarrow i guess

ok, hang on a sec here... there's several spots the fuel rail could possibly develope a leak... injectors, inlet line, pressure regulator, and the line going up to the cold start valve...

my dirty motor, but it get's the point accross...

so you can pinpoint exactly where the leak is springing from?

has the leak sprung in the same spot every time, or is it jumping around?

unless of coarse somehow the rail has a crack???

oh, ok, well if it's constant as to where they keep leaking, then you probably just have some fauty rails...

good luck with the new rail install; let us know how it turns out!
