88 2wd hauling over a thousand lbs cargo: I don't have any sway bars, front or rear, and I figure I should. What I don't understand is how/where to fasten the endlinks to the existing suspension. I'm going a bit mad trying to understand. Please help.
1988 pickup with 8 inch rear: What about the rear. Are there end links? Where do they attach? Does it matter whether you have the 8 inch rear or the 7.25?
They add sway bars to the rear of tundras. They put the bar on the axle and tie the link ends to the frame. Not sure if this helps, just a different way of thinking.
If your loading up your truck so that its swaying going down the road... you may also need better springs and probably brakes.

88 22r DLX with max height allowed by the front torsion bars:
I think I have decided that the rear end of the truck, which is where most of the weight is, is not the problem because I have seriously built up springs and good shocks. Therefore I have decided to focus on the front first.
I have a choice between 3/4 inch sway bar and 1" sway bar and wondering what those with more experience think is best.
And also what brand makes the best attachment hardware?
