Endless cranking cold start help
I have a 22re that will crank forever before it finally gets going, normally after it's killed the battery and got a pair of jumpers on it I've tested the cold start injector good the thermo time switch tested at 33ohms while cold so it was in range when I crank it takes the fuel sometime to get to the injector and if I hit the gas pedal while cranking I can hear a loud clicking from the glovebox from the co relay. is it supposed to click and could that be the problem?

Once that happens, you can push the clutch pedal down, or hit the Clutch Bypass switch to see if it'll start.
I don't drive mine much any more, especially the 87, so it can sit for a week or 10 days. If it's sat for a while, I just turn the key to start, without pushing the clutch down, or using the cancel switch. The fuel pump runs, and when it changes tone, I hit the clutch pedal. It starts right off, no trouble at all.
Good luck! BTW, if I were to guess, I'd say the IACV too. Just my .02.
