Riiiiiiiiiight. Did you review SDORI alignment write up?

Have you watched the local tire/brake shop do an alignment on this type of suspension?

I only ask because you seem confused.....?

I've done lots of alignments on these trucks. Am I missing something here? Maybe I'm not understanding what you're talking about.

I've often noticed there isn't a lot of clearance on mine, maybe 1/4". Never had them rub though. Do you have a print out on your alignment specs? I always set my alignment to maximize caster but still try to zero the camber. Look closely to make sure you don't have a blown control arm bushing, I had that happen once.

If you don't have alignment specs post some pics of the front tires from the front showing the camber lean, ie... / \ or \ /

is it rubbing on both side or just one?
im wondering if something is wrong with the drop down bracket (bent or made wrong) and its caused the lower arm to be pulled in more then they should be.

I think his Superlift drop bracket has a brace to prevent bending (mine does anyway) but its worth checking out.

Ok. sorry guys/ gals. It took a week for me to find this, as it is tax time and I have papers everywhere After looking over this sheet obviously one side is adjusted way more than the other. I just had the steering arm replaced under warranty. Before that I had replaced my steering links and did an adjustment my self. When the guy at tire liquidators had done the adjustment I was in there breathing down his neck. I had told him that the links were replaced and that adjustments would be needed. Ride height is out of whack almost 1" from passenger to driver. Tires look to be riding the inside edge. (before alignment the were out side edge). the guys sated that they don't adjust torsion bars. This should have been my first guess to take it some where else and get it done correctly. Im no expert on how to do an alignment. Does this sheet tell any of you seasoned mechanics anything that I might be able to go and tell them to fix this issue and pay for a new shock thanks for your help guys.

Do the alignment yourself.
