I couldn't say if it matters, I went with Beaverton Auto Machine when I did my 3.4 swap.
I wasn't sure if mine could be resurfaced when I took it in to the 'em, it had heat cracks and the original clutch mated to it had been run down 'til the rivets were wearing into the flywheel, but they took a glance at it and said "Hey, no problem, we'll get ya fixed up."
Point is, why do you need a new flywheel? Resurfacing is less expensive and if your clutch just started slipping, you probably didn't damage it very much.

Ive only had this truck for about 8 months and every now and then i could feel my clutch "chattering". So im pretty sure the flywheel is warped. I would just have it resurfaced but I dont want to wait for it. Id just like to get her all done with in a day or 2.

The turnaround on my flywheel was a couple hours.
Anyhow, the .026" step will mean the clutch will engage .006" sooner than the .020" step on the Napa flywheel. Doesn't seem like it would make a big difference to me.

I just put in a r151 into my 90 4runner and I used marlins flywheel and 1600 clutch and so far I have been very happy. Some of Marlins clutches grab alot harder and stop it from slipping/smoking. I was happily surprised to find that the pedal and feel stayed the same as a stock.
I also have an account/discount at Napa which is where I got my last clutch for the old transmission. The Napa clutch preformed well on the street but under hard 4wd situations would not engage 1st gear while climbing over a boulder it would just smoke. However after smoking it really bad 3-4 times it still worked.

Do you remember what was the price on the resurfacing?
