flat spots in accelration

vehicle is a 1994 p/u 22re, Ive been experiencing a "flat spot" in acceleration from about 2000 to 2500 rpms on warm up, and sometimes when its warmed up. you can almost feel a jerk when it finds its way out of that rpm range. its somewhat throttle position related. tps? maf? I recently dropped in an efi pro cam from lc engineering with a port job, but it did this prior to install. any ideas? thanks everyone

I would start with the TPS first, they can wear out and get dead spots in them. If its original then there is a chance that it could be bad.
