Finally went wheelin

I had to try out my new lift, so i went to the nearest offroad park today with one of my friends. He had a stock jeep and that made it about 50 feet before we realized that we should just leave it in the parking lot. With the lift and tires the truck can do about 10 times more than it could with street tires on stock height. I never once got stuck, but i did have to do the old back up, pull forward, back up, pull forward, and so on to get out of a few situations. That could have been avoided with a locker (my next investment)

and of course his jeep right before i pulled him out

I did have some body damage, but nothing bad. Dented my fender door and rear quarter, but what do ya expect?

she did better than i thought, but i got schooled by some other 4runner that was there. He had some big ol' superswampers and more lift than me. I ended up talking to him and he told me that his 4wd didnt work, but his rig was still ten times as capable as mine

and another funny story, you can see the last picture of my truck that i have a bumper in my bed.. When i pulled my buddy out the second time i had to go over this little hill as i was pulling him out. It was nothing for my truck but i guess i pulled him a little too far up it and tore his bumper right off

They kinda remind me of a Subaru Outback, lol

you know, I almost bought one in the search of a vehicle, but the Toyota was cheaper not to mention, the better all around choice

The 99+ aren't so bad. I'd rather have a regular Cherokee though.
