Are you Colt's buddy Tim?

Also, that is an 89' based on the sticker package. And a rare SR5 4cyl as well. I have the identical one in a V6 that I am selling right now.

I'll take a pic of the odo next time I go see it, I'm gonna also find out what year it is for sure, the back of it is thrashed from hauling dogs around and the passenger seat is broken beyond what I feel like fixing so I'm gonna have to get a junk yard one

Ah, okay. Sorry, just got a call from a friend in Longmont who had a buddy who bought an 88'. Thought it might be you.

Sounds good on the bumpers. I look forward to meeting you. Also, if you need someone to diagnose the 22RE, let me know.

Scotty

If I had used my real name for my user name you would have known, but I didn't so that makes it easier for a question of who I am, so no worries on that, but I am far too excited about this truck, I NEED him to find the title so I can bring it home, And It may be a while if I can't get it running with just some clean up cause I am low on cash

EDIT: I also realize I sound like a jerk when I type stuff, I assure you that is not the intent so please don't hate me

I was going to pay $500 for it, It was my co workers brothers truck and he got it in a trade for some services so he just wants me to trade services with him, So I'm not paying any cash for it, just my time
I usualy end up working for beer if its not cash.. I'd love to work for a truck!

Oh heck yeah, normally I help people out with nothing in return, this is one of the few that is kind of a benefit, I got a guy coming over to check out my plymouth, the only downfall is he needs a car now and will have to make payments for it, $800 for my car and take 2 months to pay it off, I need the cash though so I'm gonna do it

Looks like an '87 to me man, plus in '88 when the 3.slow was introduced, something makes me think they were very common if not stock in the Sr5 4runners. God I miss those Sr5 Bucket seats, good luck with the runner, keep us updated

43 pages With a google image search and I didn't see any 87 4runners with the same decal on the side, so I'm kinda thinking it's either an 88 or 89 cause those are the only years I can find with the same decal

doesnt matter they are all the same if its a 22re truck..

my suzuki is at my guys getting the toyota axles suspension welded and steering done

im trading all the extra parts i dont need form the 2 i bought and helping with the work... goota love trades!!

i hope you sell your plymouth but dont just let it go because you need cash.. we HAVE ALL regretted fire saleing somthing we didnt think we wanted till a few years later...

lots of parts you can find for cheap if you can hunt and wait on craigs list or here..

also you mighit get it to fire with fresh gas.. and a new battery.. and a oil change.. i would def drain the oil gas maybe do the fuel filter after it fires then again in a few weeks..

easy to work on engines and yotatech has every answer youd ever need

That sticker package is dedicated to 89' and 89' only.

Here is my 89' that I am selling exact same model other than mine is a V6

Nice find man...let us know when you got her.

A little fresh fuel and a bat take her home and change all the fluids.

Running boards just get torn off when your not expecting it. Then you have to finish the job and haul the garbage out of the trails with you...

That's why I'm taking them off as soon as I get it home, maybe the person that buys ScottyC's runner would like them? I just don't think I will be able to sell them, and instead of scrapping them somebody might be able to use them
