Are 89-95 pickup fiber glass fenders and bedsides interchangeable with 84-86 pickups fenders and bedsides?

 

Nope.

89-95 (pre tacoma)
95.5-04

 

Which isn't to say that one couldn't make them work with some fitting and creative mounting.

 

one would NEED to know how to manuplate/work with glass to make them work .. ALL the "lines" door edges , box lines ect.. are different .. it would be A LOT of work ...

This is true, I don't think that they would be easily "interchangeable" like the OP was hoping they would be. You could fit them to one truck, but then it would not fit if you swapped the fender back to the original truck it was intended for

 

I'm not a real big fan of the fiber glass kits for the 84-88 series. The next gen 89-95 kits look alot better.

 

Not gonna lie I think they all look pretty darn good. Especially if you use hood clips, I have seen some nice lookin 84-89 prerunners with full glass kits. Just don't go crazy on the flare if you dont have LT, they sort of look funny.
