Fair Price for AISIN Hubs

Does anyone know what is a fair price for a pair of good condition AISIN hubs to fit our year trucks? I've heard some on here say they go for $200-300??!? Can that be right?

Sometimes there's crap wrong with them though.

Oh yeah - watch out on eBay. Some doofus sold my dad one (1) hub for like 50 bucks, even though the seller referred to the hub as "they" throughout the whole listing. Dad got his money back, but just something to watch for.

I've been on eBay since 1997 and I ALWAYS watch out! I saw the auction where they are selling *one* hub. Who the heck buys ONE hub??!?

These are in fantastic shape; they were completely torn down, cleaned, and the outside has been powdercoated in original colors. NICE!

Earlier this year, I tracked down the eBay seller that was mis-representing a single Aisin hub as "they". I emailed him and asked if the item was for one or two hubs. He wrote back saying one. I wrote back that his item was written so as to be deliberately misleading by refering to "them" and "they". He wrote back a nastygram about how if I didn't like it, that I didn't have to buy it.

I forwarded the entire email exchange to the eBay fraud group and explained the issue to them. The item disappeared. The next search turned up a more clearly worded item from the same seller that was for a single hub. I haven't looked, recently. The seller was out of Colorado. I don't remember the name. It may have helped that I have over 100 positive feedback comments and I am considered to be a "power seller" by eBay. (Their standards are pretty loose)

The short version is that reporting misleading or fraudulent items to eBay sometimes produces positive results. If you come across anything like this, report it. The worst thing that can happen is... nothing.

How much more for SA hubs? At a junkyard near me, they had two '84 pickups with Aisin hubs and the guy only wanted $40 a pair.
