exhaust opinions...

here is a vid of my 3vze 4runner (carsound hi flow cat, 2.25" cat back, and dynomax 'turbo' muffler) WOT from about 1000 rpm on up to 5800rpm. I just wanted to get opinions on the exhaust note and overall thoughts.

(yes someone blew threw the red light, then a dodge 1500 with a 318 or 360 decided to race...lol)

Now I know why they call it the 3.slow.

The exhaust note has a nice authoritative tone to it. Not deep and throaty like the Downey muffler but a solid and crisp mid. I like it.

(I need to stop talking in my own videos...lol)

Thanks! Im still debating if I want to keep my muff or just do a straight through dynomax bullet to lessen back pressure...

I'm running no cat with a dynomax bullet and a hooker maxflow at the very end. The car is quiet at cruise and idle. Mild acceleration is also pretty low. But WOT screams. I'd suggest running another muffler if you're going to settle on a dynomax. Although, it all comes down to where you live, in California the police are just itching to hand out tickets.
