Exclamation no need to read *found it*

Did a timing and cover job. Engine cranks and won't fire.
Unscrewed the gas bolt to EFI and shot gasoline all over...fuel pump, etc. works.
Sparks should be fine.
I checked around the engine and forgot to rebolt this**
not sure where it goes. I don't know if it's just a ground -- it has at least 2 or 3 wires going onto its two prongs (rectangular metal plate with circular opening.

here's the pics --

it's raining crazy up here in the JUNGLE so if i get this running i'm going mudding and rambling @ Jaws.
I'll put up some pics if it goes down so ya'll can see the famous PEAHI and JAWS hawaii scene

thanks fellas

this is the wiring harness:

That looks like the ground wire that bolts to the intake. So did you replace the timming chain and cover ?, if so, you had to remove the distributor, so i bet its out of time.

The fuel intake -- just to make sure...it's the bolt that when you've got pressure and gas...unbolting shoots gas out...
