Engine Done, i think?

Truck wont stay running for longer than two seconds. leaking powersteering, oil, and antifreeze. bad knock, not like old truck knock, but like broken engine component knock. dont know if i should fix it, sell it as is, or part it out. Any suggestions?

if it was the 22re, I'd say rebuild, BUT, I see it's the 3.slow... part the motor out for what's still in working condition, and use the $$$ made for the 3.4 swap like mentioned... at least that's what I would do...

Not really, I spose the misc parts you could sell off the 3.0 may get you about 500 bones. Course selling it for scrap could net just as much possibly.

im really considering parting the whole truck. got more money in repairs than upgrades, but it does have a stage 2 procomp ifs lift, decent rims and tires soo i dont know. part out engine or whole truck, big question, and only being in college funds are always low.

Well, you could just find a donor truck with the right stuff you need for cheap. Someones rolled truck or rusted out truck would work.

The lift and other stuff is worth it imho.

Or you could just put it to the side and buy a cheap beater for now, then go back to it.
