Engine cutting out???

I have an 88 Runner with a new 22RE and I went through a deep puddle on Mon and now after the truck warms up it seems to cut out at low RPM's. I've taken the cap and rotor off and replaced them, used electrical cleaner on all the conector plugs/intake etc.... I'm at a loss. It starts and runs great for about 5 minutes then the idle drops and it semms to want to die but if you get it above half throttle she takes right off??? Any input would be greatly appreciated...... Thanks for your time...TIM

I had a similar problem and changing the plugs fixed it.

I did replace the plugs and the coil tests OK so I unplugged the TPS and it seems to run steadily all though not good since it doesn't function but could this mean the TPS is bad?? If so why would it run good when cold then change???
