I just put my engine back in (22RE) after new timing kit and head install but my fuel pump wont turn off unlees I disconnect the battery and it wont start up. Set to TDC with dist in proper postion, spark plugs seem dry/not getting fuel??? Any advice would be much appreciated............

 

have you tested to see if you have voltage at the pump?
Start there and work your way back to the battery you should find something.
