Does anyone have or know where I can find a 22re egr block off template that I can print off and make at work. I searched here, google, ih8mud, pirate4x4, ttora, toyotanation; and came up with nothing. I dont want to buy a block kit when I can make one for free.

Buy the gaskets and use them as the templates to make the plates for yourself. You'll need the gaskets anyway when you put the plates on so even buying them for a couple bucks won't be a waste of money.

Use your old gaskets to make the template and buy new ones for the install. You DO NOT want to use the old gaskets - they are sure to leak every time when you reuse them.
