EFI fuse keeps poping?

Hi, i am new to this site, i have a 94 toyota pickup that jsut broke down i was wondeirng if you guys could help me out. While i was driving up a hill, my engine just shut off. after getting it home, i checked through everything this is what i got. fuel pump wont work unless directly hooked up to battery, when i run it drirectly to battery it does pump gass all the way pass the fuel filter. all fuses in cab are good. what i found that was bad is the EFI fuse thats in the engine bay. this i switched out, tried starting it up, imediatly it poped. i checked all injectors and the wires are all fine. what else could cause this? Thank you for looking and the help.

Generally not the plug at the O2 sensor that is the issue, it is the length of wiring from that plug back to the ECU that gets shorted some place. Common cause is those wires falling against the hot exhaust melting the insulation and causing the short.
