The EFI fuse

I have a 91 4runner 3vze 5 speed ,The EFI fuse keeps blowing .I replace the fuel filter(was cloged) and its still blowing fuses. It runs at Idle(1 hr) but blows after running down the road for a few miles. I put a 15 amp fuse in and that last 2 mins but I put a 20amp in and that last a little longer. Also replaced the 30amp bus fuse. )-: Any ideas what to do next?

Common for a shorted out O2 sensor wire to cause the EFI fuse to blow. Check all the O2 sensor wiring, especially near the hot exhaust. Common that it touches the exhaust and shorts to the exhaust itself or the insulation melts and the sensor and shield wires short out.
