ECM Wiring

Need help or advise on a swap. Installed a 3.0 with a manual transmission from a 91 4Runner. Had the doner and everything right there. The body harness was ruined. I found another harness from a 92 4Runner . The H1 and H2 plugs match the engine harness. Everything is connected. I contacted the seller and he claims the body harnness came out of an automatic 4Runner. The ECM is from the manual. I have read several post of not having to do any thing to repinning the entire Connectors that connect to the ECM. Is all that necessary? Can the neutral switch be jumpered out to make it think it is always in neutral so it will start? If so there arseveral plugs that could possible reach to the middle console area that may have connected to the transmission. If it is not an automatic body harness did the “Clutch Start” button have more than 3 wire connecting to it?
I would appreciat any help or direction on any build. Or whatever.. I am sure someone has done this but sssssssooooo much information
