Anybody have these or know if they look good while on, "city lights"?? It appears this housing has an extra opening for a smaller bulb. The seller says it gives off a "halo" effect. I'm thinking this is like what some BMW's do with their headlights. I wonder if this would look good on our trucks.

yes... plug and play. kinda. the plug was wired backwards. (i'm guessing the china kids cant read yet) took a few minutes with a volt meter to figure out what was going on, and swap pins and it was good to go. just like installing a new headlight.

I got some headlights with h4s for my runner, but they came from the uk and were like 200 dollars. they make them, just not in the us. oh and i had to buy a 9004 to h4 conversion wire off ebay, approx: $15. they are 200% better than the old headlights. well worth the money

any link to these or a brand etc? I'm interested in improving my 92 runners lights. The lights on this are already 100x better than my 92 truck which has the old sealed beams.

right here http://www.powerfuluk.com/products/t...-kit-pair.html
looks like its 95 pounds(about $145) and the shipping is where thay get you at 38 pounds(about $60). it doesn't come with bulbs but you can get some good ones from your auto store for 20 bucks. oh ya then the wire off ebay, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/9004-...item3a504d4280
so theres another $27.
when i was getting this i didn't know what i was getting into. all in all about $260, but they look sick once their on and no body else has them.

Just bought the H4 conversion kit from rimiinc on ebay. I went with the DOT approved 6054 kit with a 100/55W bulb upgrade, for a total of $47 shipped. I should be getting them early next week, and I'll post pictures and a review.

I bought the DOT ones, with the 100/55 W "white" bulbs. First of all, should have gone with the "blue" bulbs. Also, I was not happy at all with the DOT high beam pattern. (corrected to high beam, meant high, typed low)

So, after debating a bit, I bought the Hella E-Codes with 100/80 "blue" bulbs. Very happy with that. Sold the other setup to a buddy for $40.
