Dumb sway bar problem
I just put new bushings on the sway bar, but the markings I made for the bar-to-frame bushings rubbed-off during the install. So, its not totally clear where the bar should be, in terms of left to right. Do I need to fret about this or just 'even' things out between sides and call it good? Just get the drops at right angles?
Really should have installed disconnects while in there.
edit: might as well post my other dumb question here, too. Bed mounting hardware: I have a pile of the mounting bolts (with the triangular-ish tabs at the head) that have come from several vehicles. Deal is, most of the bolts have a square piece of reinforced rubber as well as a washer and nut. A few have smallish (1/2"?) bushings. I don't remember ever seeing bushings on these guys except for body lifts. Ignore the bushings and proceed?
