dual tcase
Hello all thanks for reading ...I am just wondering ...well i have a dual tcase installed in my 91 pickup and is leaking oil a bit and im wanting to pull my motor for a rebuild can i pull it out just like the standard way all together or is it going to be to heavy and awkward and have to come out seperated im just asking before i get there and realize it wont come out as one ....thanks

with dual t-cases? yeah you're probably better off dropping it out from under the truck, lol
hell even a stock setup with 1 t-case, I'd rather pull it out from under the truck, lol

It'd be way easier to drop the dual case setup and transmission together and then take the motor out. The transmission dual t-case set up would most likely be too long to even be able to get an angle to pull the motor out with it all attached. Just get or borrow a tranny jack, it makes droppin/stabbing a dual t-case transmission setup way easier
