Dash lights stuck on

Dash lights stuck on
My e brake light and my battery light are all of a sudden stuck on when the truck is started. When we remove the fuse thats labeled charge in the under hood fuse box the lights go off. We're stumped please help. Its a 90 4Runner with a 3vze and a 5spd.
