Mine is obviously a 2nd gen, so these won't work on a 1st gen

Isn't your bulb base a T10 and stock bulb is a 194? First-gen markers/parking have same. based on Habanero's and rwregon's posts, a 921 bulb should fit as replacement altho a little tight.

Turns out those come in red as well (
here"><span style=here" /> here">here
). Gotta try them after I finalize my rear-side marker/turn signals

..I do not know enough about 1st gens or bulbs to tell you for sure. I just know enough to google what bulb I use and punch that into Amazon, but according to you, you might be right!

Make Tail Lights and Markers Blink With Turn Signals/Hazards

YEAH!
This afternoon I verified that concept/circuit posted here works! 6800 micro-Farad capacitor worked well; Holds the relay on as long as turn signal is on and relay turns off about a second after turn signal turns off.
Will order the proper relays (5-pin with the Normally-Closed contact 87a) and sockets, finalize project and keep you posted.

Semi-Final Phase: Side-Facing Markers double as turn signals

Semi-Final Phase: Side-Facing Markers are on with tails as usual.
When turn signals or hazards come one, the side-facing markers blink out of phase with turn signals.

Final Phase (when I have time) will have all markers on with tail lights. When turn signals or hazards come on all side markers, front markers and tails will blink in phase with turn signals
I already tested the circuit (here). Just need time to assemble, identify all stock wires I need to splice/connect to and install.

Got my Amazenar LED amber marker LED bulbs and installed in just front left-side marker for now because right-side housing is cracked and I don't want to expose my new LED's to So Cal winter (LOL!)
Significantly brighter than incandescent 194's, AND these could be installed in any polarity!
I also installed on our Corolla markers. I modified circuit so markers blink in synch with turn signals when markers are OFF, and they blink alternately with turn signals when marker are ON.
Well worth the $13 for 4 pieces. I plan to buy red ones for my rear markers, too.

Led lights

I bought a kit from yotashop and it didn’t come with instructions and having a hard time trying to hook them up they are two small led bulbs with a hot and ground and was trying to figure out how you hook it up to your signal light wires for them to work? Any help would be great Thanks

I don't mean to be insulting, but...
There's only 2 wires, one for hot, the +12VDC from the switch, and the other is ground. Ground is normally hooked to the body metal behind the light assembly, so it's readily identifiable. Sounds like the LED kit only has 2 wires on it as well. Do they specify which is hot, and which ground? At te very worst hook the wires up. Don't work? Reverse them.

I'm not trying to insult you, really I'm not. Maybe I didn't understand the question? BTW, telling us the year, model, engine, and so on, iof your truck will help us help you a lot. Look at most people's signature block, they're good examples.

Again, I apologize if I insulted you. It wasn't my intention at all....

sorry for the misinformation it’s a 95 Toyota pickup and the lights has a hot and ground it came with two resistors and I understand the basic idea of hooking the ground with ground and hot with hot was just thing to figure out how to wire it into the factory truck harness for the signal lights to make it work properly. And no insult taken bud .

A picture paints a thousand words. If you share clear picture of one pair of your light and resistor, we will help you figure it out.
