custom grille mod

I need some opinions. I want to do some off road lighting on this thing, but I can't decide. Should I go with something like this, where it's behind the grill?:

Or should I go with the ProComp light bar?

I was originally thinking of the behind the grill look, because I'm trying to keep my truck looking stock at first glance. But, I really like that ProComp bar. It gives a little more dimension to a pretty snub-nosed front end. Your thoughts?

Id say either mount them behind the grill or mount them on the bumper.
Ive never been a fan of the light bars. Just seems like a new bumper would be a better choice than just buying a bar to put lights on

That looks good. I've considered doing something like this on my 4Runner. I would've dechromed it while it was off, but thats just me. I'd just leave it how it is, and when you eventually get a bumper, put them on there.
If you plan to go with an ARB. Here's a TJM with 700ffs for example.

Truth be told I'm not a huge fan of the ARB look on this gen pickup. They've got such clean lines on them, when you start adding 'big truck' type parts to them they start to look a little clunky. Don't get me wrong, the functionality level of one of those is thru the roof! I just wouldn't ever put it to use the way it was meant to be. Now it's just a matter of deciding what route I want to go with my 'stealth' lights.
