Crankshaft Pulley

My buddy has a 1991 pickup SR5 and he is doing a crankshaft seal replacement. He can't seem to get the crankshaft pulley off though. He has already removed the crankshaftbolt and still isn't having any luck. Any suggestions?

A steering wheel puller will work just the same for a pulley?

Make one or buy one(I made mine). Best tool for the job according to the FSM. See SST shown on page EG2-37 here. http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-b...67timingbe.pdf
