Crank Pulley Faceplate Bolts

Crank Pulley Faceplate Bolts
Howdy,
Putting a 3VZE back together after water pump, timing belt, tensioner, pulleys, etc job. Unfortunately I broke a bolt from my pulley holder off in the crank pulley. I was unable to get extractors or left handed bits to bite and stopped short of stripping threads.
Can the crank pulley be re installed with just three of those four faceplate bolts torqued properly? Not sure if this may throw something off balance or out of alignment.
Thanks!

Agree with mechkw. You have every thing off now, so removing the balance and properly removing the sheered off bolt make sense. Easy to work with it off for what ever method you plan. Gives you peace of mind there will not be a problem down the road with just 3 bolts.

Thanks for the replies so far. I tried to but the pulley i have has a solid backing theres no holes on the other side so i couldn't access them.
Im not sure if that pulley is OEM or if i have an aftermarket style, this rig is a 1993 so its the later half of the 3vze. Id like to use it as theres no condition or function concerns with it. A new one is around the $100 mark which is fine but id like to use the one in front of me. Im almost bottomed out and i cant get any extractors to bite enough to spin it out. Heat wont work snd manually turning extractors by hand and wrench still no luck.
