Considering swapping my engine into broken 4x4

I have a 2wd 93 4Runner v6, i found a 4x4 4runner v6 that needs a new engine. How hard is it to swap the engine over? I would just need to swap the engine, ecu, and wiring harness right?

if your only going to swap the block and heads, nothing else should be required.
There may be some variables if you're going to be bringing the manifolds and stuff over to the new truck though.
