Fuel Pump... Electrical Problem

changed my fuel pump, filter, regulator, brand new circuit opening relay and still having problems turning over. after installing the relay and the fuel pump i had a partner turn the key to the on position to check if i could hear the pump turning on. it didnt work. i jumped the pump from the battery with a set of jumper cables to test if i hooked it up right and it worked, the pump turned on. i then re-connected the plug and tried it again and still no sound of the pump turning on. no power coming to the pump. im thinking either my wires gone bad or power cut off before the COR. PLEASE HELP

check all the fuses first.
also, check the COR plug is getting power with the key either with just the key turned on, or when trying to crank.

Might be a problem with the fuel pump bracket. I just had my pump done and had to get a bracket also because the connector at the bottom [submerged in gas] was in poor condition... and a spark there would be bad.
