code 51

I have an 89 yota pickup, with a 3.0L, auto, 4x4. it is currently refusing to idle. the CEL is blinking a code 51 at me. does anybody know what code 51 means other than something to do with a switch signal? i.e. which switch or how to fix it?

well i replaced the tps but it is still refusing to stay running. next guess is injectors not pulsing right. ne body got ne suggestions?
